NDSS Contraception, Pregnancy and Women’s Health Survey 2 December 2014 The contraception, pregnancy and women’s health survey is being done to better understand the kind of information currently available and provided to women with diabetes. The survey is anonymous and takes less than 20 minutes to complete. The types of questions you would be asked include: Information about you (e.g. age, country of birth, employment status etc.) Questions about how you manage your diabetes Information you may have been given about contraception and pregnancy Pre-pregnancy advice and support you may have received (if you have had a previous pregnancy) Your thoughts and beliefs about pregnancy and contraception What information you would like about pregnancy and diabetes.
