Ingredients

1 small banana

1 cup milk of your choice

½ cup reduced fat Greek yoghurt

1 Tablespoon vanilla protein powder

60ml freshly brewed coffee (2 espresso shots)

1 cup ice

Method

  1. Add all ingredients (except the ice) to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add ice and blend again until ice is crushed.
