Ingredients

4 large eggs, hard boiled and halved

¾ cup cooked quinoa

1 medium avocado, chopped

1 large carrot, peeled and grated

1 medium cucumber, diced or ½ cup edamame beans

2 Tablespoons Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing*

Method

  1. Divide avocado, carrot, cucumber and avocado into two small bowls.
  2. Next, add boiled egg halves to the bowls.
  3. Drizzle with roasted sesame dressing.
